UMA Partners with NEAT on App Hub Beta

UMA is excited to share that we are an App Ecosystem Partner for the first beta deployment of the Neat Pulse app hub, a platform that makes third-party business applications available on Neat devices to accelerate teamwork and unleash creativity in shared spaces.  

Together with Neat, we are bringing UMA solutions to customers globally, starting with room and desk booking capabilities. We are working with Neat to expand the partnership to provide additional workplace solutions and ESG analytics to our shared customers.  

UMA is part of a growing ecosystem of solution providers that are bringing even greater value to Neat devices. 

UMA empowers organisations to Utilise their spaces, Manage integrations and Analyse data efficiently through our innovative platform, UMA Vision to drive sustainability and operational excellence.  

UMA Vision stands out as a pioneering room and desk booking platform, uniquely designed to embrace and deliver hybrid working solutions whilst monitoring ESG indicators in real-time. Being part of the Neat App Ecosystem means that today our customers can:  

• quickly book meeting spaces with UMA’s room booking interface on the Neat pad allowing them to synchronise their meeting room occupancy and availability;  
• allow visitors to check into their buildings with UMA’s visitor management software on the Neat frame.  

From early summer Neat devices will record ESG and capacity and usage data. This will allow customers to:  

• Report on meeting room occupancy and environmental data (energy KWh, CO2 levels, VOC;s, TVOC’s, PM2.5 particles, noise levels and temperature) from the UMA portal, UMA Vision. 
• Understand and act upon room capacity versus average occupancy insight.  
• Manage the well-being and health of their meeting rooms to ensure the most productive environment for employees.
