The UMA Team’s Feature Request Process allowed us to collaborate easily with their Product Team and they responded quickly to deploy new features delivering critical business intelligence around Resource Reports and Contact Tracing. The UMA Roadmap was made clear to us and we appreciated how this was adapted to meet our specific needs.
